Do you have a papaya tree at home? Do you know that you don’t have to wait for the fruits to ripen to be able to eat it? There are a number of filipino vegetable recipes out there that uses green papaya as an ingredient. I remember when I was a child, my mom used to cook papaya with sardines and it was delicious. I decided to make a version of it here.
